Scentsy Corporate Campus Adds Two More Buildings to Construction

MERIDIAN, Idaho (February 2, 2011) – Scentsy, Inc. announced today additions to its “Scentsy Campus” to be located west of Eagle Road between Pine Avenue and the railroad tracks. The campus will cover 48.83 acres upon completion and is necessary to meet the expanding needs of the country’s fastest-growing private consumer products and services company, according to Inc. Magazine.

Scentsy’s operations are currently spread across three locations. The completion of Scentsy’s corporate campus will bring all of Scentsy’s operations together on one campus, including a new distribution facility and office tower, adding to current construction on a new warehouse and expanded manufacturing facilities scheduled to be completed in March. Meridian Mayor Tammy de Weerd announced the two new buildings in her State of the City address today.

“The new campus will be a beautiful and inviting place to work, and that’s a dream we’ve had for our employees for a long time,” said Heidi Thompson, Scentsy’s President.

“It was Heidi’s idea that all our Idaho employees be in one location,” said Scentsy’s CEO Orville Thompson. “We want to maintain the family-like culture Scentsy has had from the beginning, and this campus will help us do that.”

Scentsy’s new distribution facility, which will total 159,000 square feet, is projected to be completed in August 2011. The facility includes 34,000 square feet of management offices. The new campus will double the company’s current manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities in Idaho.

Construction of the office tower will take place over the next two and a half years. The proposed design will have approximately 157,000 square feet and include colorful corporate offices, a cafeteria to serve all employees, and extensive landscaping. The design of the buildings and grounds will support Scentsy’s creative, collaborative culture.
