Some Independent Consultants work full-time, while others work part-time or just do a party or collect orders to make a little extra income now and then.

A Quick Overview of the Scentsy Compensation Plan

Consultants can earn up to 30% commission on their personal sales (Every month you sell $2000 in Personal Retail Volume you get an extra 5% commission bonus, regardless of your rank or title.)

They can also qualify for Bonuses:

• Up to 9% on their personal sales
• Leadership bonuses of up to 9% on the team volume of those they personally sponsor
• Up to 5% bonus on the team volume of Directors in their organization

To remain an active Independent Consultant, just sell $150 during one out of every three rolling calendar months ($150 must be sold in one month, in a 3 month period). This can easily be obtained by holding just one Scent Event (home party, basket/catalog party or online party).
